I commit to going to the bathroom without my phone: I will leave it in another room (either bedroom or kitchen).
If I didn't poop during the day, then the report shall be considered successful. *why this commitment was created: to get me used to avoiding the "just one peek" lie. Masturbation is still allowed, when I feel the need to do it. But p is over, for ever.*
