| went back to old habits yesterday. Nothing major and I stopped when I realised it. I think the combination of Oscar, Raquel coming back, dinner with a lot of people and bad sleep combined to make a pretty potent brew! Today will be better. | |

So I was not able to stick to the goal yesterday. Some slight picking at my cuticles. Had horrible news about oscar plus was in a long and boring meeting. Still proud that I didn't do major damage and stopped myself when I realised |

| Difficult day but I managed. Had a surprise call and more bad news about Oscar, but I was able to quickly visit him, explain the differences in his food and navigate the vet without biting my nails. Working on the mindset of I have great looking cuticles and I do not pick at them. | |

| I managed to avoid serious picking at my cuticles, despite Oscar's bad health and the football. I did bite one finger but immediately stopped and sorted it out at home. Making progress | |
