I had 3 minutes of hula hop. The music that helped was BOTH and Losing it by Fisher. Therefore I'm happy that there is actually music there that makes me feel energised and want to do it. It's a good sign

Another good sign is that actually I crave going out for a run. I'll try my best to find my sport clothes and shoes and take them with me on my travel as waking up early and having a run sounds pretty wholesome. I'm excited about the freshness of the air, the beautiful late April/beginning of May state of nature and I'm glad I found this excitement!

I started with 2 minutes of a hula hop. I was struggling with the music though. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do it all for longer if I won't be able to feel the music. I'll still try to push through with this habit and see what happens. There is a chance though that eventually I'll move rather towards biking to libraries etc.
