Alright 50 kcals is too hard to eye ball and I don't want to become fucking anal with the exact amount of kcals I go over...with like 50 kcals being sweet but 51kcals losing me the entire week.
As long as I don't surpass an extra 220kcals max per day roughly...I'm sweet. There needs to be room for enjoyment |

Alright i need to stay within 50 calories over mmy daily kcal limit.
something ive noticed is, for some reason i am better at keeping this commitment when its daily report rather than weekly report. because there is another 3 weeks left of this one im going to put an additional requirement that i need to monitor my daily "weight management" progress on the "habit" app. and to report successful or unsuccessfull for each day. 1 day not reported for a week or reported as failed will incur one weeks payment 10 dollars. |

New rule need to stay within 100cals of my target per day, need to hit this target 5 out of 7 days to be counted as success. Any day where I go over 250 calories will be counted as two days failed. |
