| Couldn't sleep good nor wake up earlier, but kept myself focused enough to study this today. Later, we'll see if I can study calculus without my table. | |

| I've heard of the analogy that if you have to eat a frog everyday, you better do it by morning. So today, I'm up earlier than planned and already ate this frog, with success. Let's hope I can eat the next one before my therapy! Even though it is a small thing, I already feel successful and happy about myself. Small tasks to build up habits may be just what I needed to beat the intimidation of changes and challenges. | |

| I started this Monday and it's been easy so far. My big challenge will be tomorrow: therapy, shopping and starting my study goals in calculus. Hope I can keep up with the good work! | |
