7.5 hr *opportunity*, but only 6.25 asleep, and many awakenings. So BARELY succeeded. Next round this would not be success.

Tried meditation with very successful to stand calm plus no BiPap & noise - hoping for more deep sleep. But none.

Even though danced till late and didn't sleep till 11, still got 7.5 hr in bed & awake in time. Pretty refreshed. Still minimal deep sleep and elevated heart rate till last hour of sleep.

Still minimal to no deep sleep. Need to improve diet quality and consistency. Minimize caffeine and sugar (chocolate & other non beverage count also) My genetics test positive for slow caff metabolism. So in the long run, eliminate it. Minimal before 0730 probably ok.

Muse lots of Delta meditation before sleep looked promising.
