After each stand-up, I will read a book. It doesn't matter how many pages. The only thing that matters is to read everyday.
If I can't read after each stand-up, I will read while having a meal.

You have to fall in love with boredom, that's the difference between a successful person and an average person. You gotta keep showing up even though you are not motivated. And this has something to do with the goldilock rule. Find something to learn that is in the edge of what you know...this way you keep motivated |

The pages that I read today was about finding challenges that it is not difficult but also, not to easy to do. A habit should be easy for you to start, this way you do not lose motivation and as the time goes by you improve and keep adding challenges to this new habit |
