Commitment: I hereby commit to learning the basics of Python within the next 3 months. My goal is to be able to understand and write simple Python programs, and to have a basic grasp of Python syntax, data structures, and control flow. Actions: I will dedicate at least 8 hours a week to studying Python. This may involve reading textbooks, watching online tutorials, or completing practice exercises. Each of my study sessions will be livestreamed on Twitch for public verification. This will ensure transparency and increase my motivation to stick to my commitment. I will complete at least one Python programming exercise or project every week to apply what I've learned. I will maintain a log of my progress, including the hours I've spent studying, the exercises I've completed, and the links to my Twitch streams. Stakes: If I fail to meet my weekly commitments, I will donate £1000 to an anti-charity of my choice if a fail completely, and £100 if I fail to meet my 8 hour deadline . An anti-charity is an organization that supports a cause I strongly disagree with, providing a strong disincentive for failing to meet my commitments. Referee: I will appoint Shivika to make sure I am sticking to my schedule |
