Rules: - If I end up deciding to change the upcoming instance of GTB time more than 12 hours before the upcoming pre-committed GTB time, I will put that information in the journal entry of this commitment at least 12 hours before the upcoming GTB time. If I fail to do so, I will explicitly let my accountability partner Rahul know about it. - If I end up deciding to change the upcoming instance of my GTB time less than 12 hours before the upcoming pre-committed GTB time, I will explicitly let my accountability partner Rahul know before the upcoming pre-committed GTB time. - This commitment applies only if I am in Daegu for the 12 hours before the stated GTB time. - This commitment applies on all the days of the week i.e. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. - Exception(s): I can be outside my bed during the GTB time for not more than 3 minutes at a time. (I can set a timer to keep track of the time in case I have to enter the home during the GTB time.) The present exception applies only when I have exited the home before the start of the GTB time. - Exceptions: Nights of Ramadans and the two Eids (1st, 2nd, and 3rd nights) and the associated ±1 nights in local time zone are excluded. - If I end up not following any of the above rules, I will explicitly let my accountability partner Rahul know about it within 24 hours. - Starting 2023-06-15 (Mon) 2150, the GTB time is redefined as 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. in local time-zone - This commitment does not apply from 2023-06-20 (Tuesday) until 2023-06-24 (Saturday). |
