| Finished final week. I showed that 3 weeks of 1 drink/day max was very so-able. But what kind of flexible next step? I think 2/day only if no more than 1 the day before; also, no drink on a night before early work the next day. | |

| Still keeping up with my goal and having real money on it and a heinous cause cements the deal. Not a habit yet. Wondering what my eventual habit can be. Want to avoid negotiation but more flexibility seems OK. | |

| At higher stakes, this feels different, although I think and amount of money cements my commitment. This goal is more about moderation and less about bargaining. Consistent. This can be the long run. | |
