Not buying food for the purpose of binge-eating. 'Binge food' = larger-than-appropriate or usual for the context quantity of food bought for the purpose of eating rapidly or managing emotions. Examples of binge quantity: medium or large chips from fast food chain, block of chocolate, tub/box of ice-creams. Non-binge quantity = 1 chocolate, 2 ice-creams, 1 large biscuit (eaten across separate eating episodes).
