I have no idea what I weigh but I feel like a fat load. So I'm entering my guess as to what I probably weigh. Looking forward to kicking it in when we get back to Malibu and when we are in Park City. Since it will only be you and me we can focus on eating healthy, yummy meals at the local eateries. We will also get in daily exercise through biking, climbing, and more!

FINALLY! I made weight. Woohoo! It took a full 24-hour water and black coffee fast...but it worked. Now we can focus on healthy eating at Mari-Bob, lots of fun workouts, walks, hikes, etc. Maybe I'll see if I can get GrandMari's and GrandPapa's old bikes working again (fill the tires, etc.) so we can get some rides in for cardio and to see more of the area. Or maybe I'll get on Facebook Marketplace when we are there and see if we can score a couple cheap mountain bikes. We can also do some fun workouts outside that combine squats, crunches, pushups, pull-ups from a tree, and maybe some tree climbing which is always a great workout. Let's come home from New York in better shape than when we left California. :-)

So confused and frustrated! I tracked my calories every day Monday through Friday and never went over 1,800 per day. Monday and Tuesday were 1,600. I worked out every day and did not drink any alcohol at all Monday through Friday. Every morning I weighed in my weight stayed the same. What?! I have not idea why my body was not losing weight. I'm going to put in my actual weight for this week and then try to lost one pound this week. I have no idea what's going on because I can't be gaining that much muscle. I have been lifting heavy and consistent and taking creatine...but I should be going down 1-3 pounds a week at this calorie deficit. I'm going to StickK with it (haha) this week and will continue to track my food intake, stop eating at 8pm, workout daily, etc. Hopefully this week my body decides to reward my efforts with a reduction of body fat and pounds on the scale.

Although I did not hit my goal weight of 205 this week I'm putting it in as successful because I don't want to keep pushing my goal out. As you know, whatever weight I hit for the week, StickK just subtracts one pound for the next week's goal. Screw that! I ate light yesterday (a Sunday!) and I'm going to do no alcohol and less than 1,800 calories a day this week so I can weight in at my next goal of 204. That will put me on track with my quarterly goal of 198. I already did an awesome workout this morning and will continue to put a major focus on eating light, not consuming anything after 8pm, and doing morning workouts every day this week. Although I kept my calories under 2,000 per day last week I still did not hit my goal weight. So I'm taking it up a notch and will make 204 by my next weigh in one week from today.
