Following betting play disorder since Monday 13 june 2023 until 18 june 2023( up and downs in terms of funds loss), I Felt such a big pain in that type of behavior given i was in successful winning position but keep on surrendering it in careless and undisplined way making as if I'm wasting time by focusing on bw world. this Led me to reflect about my current life situation on general level : my main concern about my life remain "self-displine " in every area of my life with decisivineness a stumbling bloc. in few days I am turning 42 and Can't afford on doing same mistake and error over and over again all the time. It's now more than urgent to act sans état d'âme in every area of my life with a "self-displine lifestyle " in which my life change completely in the way I am set to view my behavior and actions. This "no excuse" life change plan is set for the practice of self-displine at all the time in life's area such as money care, action day, bw care, daily planner, nofap practice, positive mindset, timing thinking, seriousness in attitude, reminder app and stickk follow ups, etc. All the self improvement audios and books are subjected to serve me by creating that new man (life change) in me. I'm concluding my life's change statement by vowing to practice "decisivineness" in the name of "self-displine " , the core to my life's change urgency. I am set to meditate on this statement every day before I sleep and when I wake up.
