Week 7 - this has been my slowest week in terms of progress. Only lost 0.3kg from last week. There’s no particular reason why this week was slower, but I have felt a bit bloated on the days I weighed in heavier. I was due a week like this, but at least there’s some progress. Hopefully I don’t have too many weeks like this and I’ve just gotta eat more cleaner this week. |

Week 6 - Finally broke into the 112kg. This week I treated myself a little bit towards the end of the week with just more calories than I would usually. Felt like I needed a mental break from keeping the calories low. Back on it today and hopefully the progress is still good. |

Week 5 was a good week. There was not much thought into anything. I ate and exercised what I needed to do, without having to push myself. Now it just feels like a part of my life. Feel like I lost a lot of fat and tshirts are getting looser. Just gotta stick with it. Long way to go |

Week 4 has been a much slower week in terms of losing actual weight, but generally my average weight was lower than last week. It is starting to get a bit boring with the routine. Not sure what it quite is but maybe it’s just being disciplined for this long, which isn’t that long compared to my overall goal. Just gotta get through it and hopefully will pick my mojo back up. This is my usual weight I hover at, so if I lose 2 more kg, I will be in new territory and that will give me the boost I need. |
