| I did well until late pm, ate 3-4 bowls of cereal, 2 servings of meat, 3 ish servings of nuts and went to bed, also not focusing on the lord in idolatry of other things. I woke up later and also considered following my desires for ease, comfort and wasting the day. Chose against it. Ptl. Not a good late pm and early am. | |
