							RosyB commits to:
						 
							1- Wear walking orthotic at least 2 hrs/day.
 2- Wear nighttime orthotic at minimum 2 hrs per day, work towards overnight. 3- 2 sets or 8-10 squats every day. 4- use mat to do 2 sets of 8-10 bridges every day. (Using tilts to ease into it as needed.) 5- Complete at least 1 fast of at least 48 hrs.
