Today I woke up at 430AM. had a lot of breakfast.. which I am going to start cutting from tomorrow. WEnt to the gym at 7AM and got a good workout. Since I cant do a lot of lower body exercises, I planned full body - upper body plus cardio for the whole week and I am excited to have a plan. Revisited the Thinner, Leanner, Stronger protocol and I will follow their meal plan as it is pretty simple. I have a plan! I am hoping for a better week :)
