I'm writing this because I know how disappointed you are at the moment in the number on the scale. It's a number. It's not the number you wanted to see. But it's still just a number. Since we're talking about perspectives this morning, I want you to keep some for yourself. Your main goal this week was to restore some balance to your skin. Nothing more. That was a process that didn't align with seeing a different number on the scale. You are, moved and trained differently all week because of your skin. You're expecting too much of yourself if you think you can get your skin back and settled, doing less activity than a normal week, spending a lot of time resting and see a reductio on the scale at the Sam time. You'd make the same point to your clients. |

| Today is Monday 30th weighing in at 67kg after a day of travelling and a day of not eating well adjusting to jet lag and cold/cough. Skin is also massively inflamed and dry. Had the intention of eating well but ended up comfort eating | |
