With regards to walking to CW, I am allowed to take the bus home afterwards
With regards to running
Today’s run was from home-CW and that might be the same for my other runs this week
Prior to today I was choosing to prioritize my run to IsoSpa but now it seems my run to Coworkly is more important (switching/alternating to keep things interesting and sustainable
Overall with regards to building a HABIT of fitness, a HABIT of running that is more important then training for a marathon. It’s far less interesting to other people probably but it’s far more meaningful to me in that I obtain a valuable new way to gain energy/de-stress, gain strength, etc with very little extra energy/time/money required |
