Rizagrats commits to:
1. Do a self-hypnosis Focus session right before every first session before break (first session, after lunch, after dinner, etc)
2. Do a self-hypnosis Stress Relief session every 60 mins of work (one Focusmate session). 3. Sleep hypnosis not required before bed, but will do if trouble fall back to sleep
