I'm not applying principles of gamification to exercise to make it more fun and more need to do it. For that you have to get your skin in the game to get things done.

I didn't complete my workout completely as per the regime. So, the next workout is by default not done, but I have to do as I have accidently maslrked this workout as done.

Missed it yesterday, should have gone in the evening, but will go in afternoon to cover up my pending fitness tasks..

Yep, trained at the gym yesterday, so am journalling it today, according to my fitness schedule that I have planned for myself. 1.6 kms of run, ran in 12ish mins, 10 kgs of barbell rows for upper back 3 sets of 10 reps and 4 reps of 3 sets of pull ups. Each set is within a period of 1 mins and 10 secs and with a rest period of 2 mins between the sets. Trying to pull my socks up on the other routines too to which I have committed. I know I will overcome the back lag that I'm facing and the pending work one task at a time.
