| Yesterday I started a smoothie detox. I didn’t stick to fully having smoothies only but I woke up this morning and had gain 0.2kgs. Yesterday when I weighed myself I was 112.9, this morning I am 113,1kg. I hope to start seeing results in the next 4 days. | |
