Meden commits to:
Adhering to my clean eating plan of only vegetables, beans / legumes, fruits, nuts / seeds, seafood, eggs, fermented dairy, lean meats, and limited oils (see spreadsheet). I will avoid all foods consisting of or containing flour, sugar, artificial sweeteners, other dairy (milk, cheese, butter), fried / processed foods, other meats, oils, etc. Very small exceptions allowed for limited social situations - with no further deviations from plan.
