I have been going to the gym and feeling much better. I was down more through the week but had a big meal last night, so I think my check in weight is a result of last night. Regardless of the scale, my clothes are starting to fit better. Also, I added liposomal berberine as an implement a couple weeks ago. I’m definitely feeling the effects from it now. No food cravings and getting the sense of full to prevent myself from over eating. |

| Finally back in the gym. Had 3 days in the gym this week. Still have a low energy feeling, but pushing past it. | |
