Good:
Wake up early, meditation, workout, stretch, no alcohol, no delivery, no restaurants, daily and weekly rest, letting go.
To improve:
Talk to strangers, no sugar, guitar technique, clifford/weekly, AI weekly, orthomol.
To redesign from scratch:
mantra, bineural beats, distractions, timers, gratitude.

To reconsider and improve:
distractions, bineural beats, timers. What is the goal I am trying to achieve? Set one every week.
AI personal project needs to be done first thing on a saturday morning
Go back to workout 5 days a week. 4 days it's ok but I can do more.
Delivery addiction seems to be removed after deleting the apps.
Order orthomol right now.
No alcohol also going very good.
Spend a few minutes reminding yourself that the few hours you have for yourself at night are very important and you should give all yourself to it.

Guitar and Clifford should be going better from now on, since I dedicated time to shape a deliberate practice. Orthomol I am going to order it right now.

AI I literally didn’t have time to do it this week. Next week I have to do it right away first thing in the morning.

## Letting go

I did it many times and I feel in a great mood. It’s something that I’ve been doing already for a while. I have to keep doing it in every moment of my life. Remind myself before I do anything and I notice I am nervous: why do I even give a shit?

## Closing thoughts

I have to get out of the way the new habits as soon as I wake up. If I wait all day to do something I will probably find excuses to avoid doing it.

Take orthomol with breakfast.

Read mantras and express gratitude before going to work.

Remove distractions, put on bineural beats and set timers first thing as you get to work.

Do the AI project first thing on a Saturday.

Come up with a plan for the strangers.
