| Nothing much to say, it's honestly just committing to a caloric deficit. My support team is looking into specialists who can deal with binge eating disorders, as I feel like I strongly align with the symptoms, unfortunately. I hope to overcome these habits, or at least learn to live with them, so I can be at a normal weight. | |
