Weekday: fruits, smart candies, rx/protein bars, bread & sweetened coffee/teas okay. Desserts is anything processed: hot chocolate, cakes, cookies, pancakes, brownies, G's snacks, candy. Friday nights to Sunday nights: ONE dessert per weekend day, not with every meal. If you are eating panckaes for breakfast, that is your dessert for the day. *Holidays/events are exceptions. If you are celebrating with friends/family, it's okay!* The rule is to not eat sweets mindlessly at home during the week.
