juliesugar commits to:
giving up refined sugar, with two exceptions, in desserts and snacks.
This means no longer eating refined sugar in the form of: -- desserts -- chocolate -- candy -- breakfast cereal (very low-sugar cereals are okay as long as I stick to the serving size) Flavored lattes are okay as long as the added syrup is limited. Breakfast pastries are okay as well (no more than one a day). Moderation hasn't really worked for me!
