| Leg flutter has definitely room to grow as it is difficult to keep going without stopping. Glowing with the swiss ball toss and several other exercises where I can actually talk while working out | |

| The leg flutter can certainly use some growing as I could not make it through without stopping. The swiss ball toss gets better so glowing as well as most other exercises. | |

| Challenged myself with heavier weights added to heel lifts and starting up early. Really felt the burn. Did have to stop on the heel taps twice, but on the three round Saturday! Overall, making good progress. | |
