It felt quite easy to do, cheatday was my break and I went properly big and I feel ready to do another week of slow carb, didn't even finish my baklava. Other things I did, most meals were tasty, ate a lot of sweet potato puree, drank tea with cream, early in the week I ate out dal and pakora.
