Not grabbing phone in the morning, but either journaling or reading (Bible). Less time on phone/laptop/entertainment- Devotions daily, prayer after waking up and before bed. Better night routine.

| April 11- was good, just upset rn so can't really remember the day. Was just on my feet the entire day so was exhausted by the end, cleaned three places and also did an hour walk wirh Christina | |

| (April 10 cont) worked out, played violin and then went on my laptop to research some work places but I clicked on a YouTube video discussing a boom series plot, watched about 2 min in and then just had a moment where I was like I don't need this so I stopped playing it. Went on the tour with my dad, came home, watched one video and then went on a walk with fam. Went to youth, came home and read my Bible before bed :) | |

| April 10 (so far)- didn't grab my phone but journaldd in bed. Read a little bit then headed down for breakfast, which I sat a little bit of my phone looking at tmblr stuff for the show which wad a waste of my time. It was just a waste of my two minutes. Did Devotions, played violin, schedule academic advising appt and now working out rn :) | |

| April 9- I'll be honest, I grabbed my phone in the morning, but I didn't sit on it. Didn't work out in the morning because I was debating on having a break and wanted to go to God. Spent some time with God, and I don't know how to explain it, but there was grace for me. Anyway, went to LA Center with my mom to clean a house, came home, worked out one of the plates videos u sent me which hurt so much lol, then did some violin practice, Exodus classroom, and spent some time meditating on the verse for my day. Later, went to a thrift store with my sisters, didn't get anything because I just can't do thrift stores, and went on a trail in Camas. Came home, showered and watched ATLA with my siblings. Afterwards, read a little bit and then went to bed. | |
