I hear you on the traveling! Feeling some of that myself with all the moving parts & traveling & friends visiting lately, too. Good work! |

Yesterday I had traveling complications yesterday and went over. I thought it was the third and I owed $500 to Trump. Turns out it was a new week thank goodness. Traveling is tricky and I will account for that in the future! |

Week 4 didn't need much energy to accomplish the goal. So much so that I got a bit lackadaisical - the second day I went over it snuck up on me, yikes Several days were near one hour however! Whatsapp consistently in the top 3 for time -- connection :) Still more time on the computer than before the challenge which I'm wary about. For example, I started watching a TV series...but also for about an hour or hour and a half before bed...so long as I set my ideal alarm time before I start watching, I feel it's working fine. |
