| it was very difficult, and I didn't do as much as I actually wanted to, but I did meet my commitment. Furthermore, I added new motivation by deciding I want to complete a dream of mine next year: compete in a tough mudder. I am in no way in shape for this now, but I have plenty of time if I stick with this goal. | |
