| Real recorded weight is 89.2kgs. The short net weight loss could be because of muscle gain. Good job otherwise. Will try to include lemon juice for weight loss acceleration. 88.5kg coming soon. | |

| Great work! Stayed in complete control of my diet. I am approaching 84kgs soon. I have also introduced strength training from this weekend, I believe this should help in accelerating my weight loss for at least 4 to 6 weeks. I need to start measuring my body as the composition could change with this introduction. This would enable a more accurate measurement of FAT loss. Overall great work - I am back! | |

| Stayed on track with my diet lifestyle this week. Great to be pursuing me original goal of 84kgs. Yes, the net weight loss per week has reduced significantly as the speed decreases but that's normal. My goal is to continue at least until I reach my goal of 84kgs. Great work with that this week. I am looking to breach the 89kg weight floor by this coming fortnight. Lets do it! | |
