Fast entirely for 1 week eating nothing but black coffee, water, and are also allowed energy drinks and powerade. Use melatonin at night to sleep. My goals is to finally stop binge eating at night as well as to lose the 5 pounds I need, and reverse my weight gain trend. Dates: Friday May 17th through Friday May 24th.
