Finished the book in half a month, read all the notes, read the index even πŸ˜‚. I think I I will re-read while reading another book at thesame time. I'd like to see if I can finish both this month.

It's almost half the month and I've gotten to conclusions chapter of the book.

Guess I can finish two of this in a month, I'm just going to re-read 😊 to have in depth understanding of the book.

That will be end of the 3rd Law (Make it Easy and Difficult).
To form a good habit, make it easy so you can follow through. Key takeaways; reduce friction:make it as easy as possible, prime the environment: prepare your environment to make future action easier, automate your habit:so you can more time to think or other things that can't be automated, use two minutes rule:I talked about this in my previous entry, master decisive moment:by making a small ritual (small choice) that deliver outsized impact.

And to break bad habit on the other, juts make it difficult by increasing the friction (increasing the number of steps) between you and your bad habit. And use commitment device: this is the best way to break your bad habit. This simply means to make the possibility of doing that that you wish not to zero percent. Like buying a timer lock box to lock your mobile phone away. I used this as an example because mostly everyone need to get a timer lock box πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
