1) pick one upcoming event or activity that I tend to get perfectionistic about. 2) make a list of what perfection looks like to me. 3) Look at the list and pick something that will allow you to be less that perfect. Perhaps just one thing or perhaps several. 4) Practice these steps in one or multiple areas of my life.

Mark, not only am I proud to hear you say you are proud of yourself, but I am happy to hear you did not give up. Trusting in yourself is a great way to overcome perfectionism. I love to hear that you are adjusting ways that you engage with the material as a way to improve and your ability to recognize your personal best. Keep up the good work.

I got 3 - B's this week and I am good with it!

I have made Great progress with this Thanks to My Refree encouraging me! I got 3 B's on test this week, and I didn't freak out and start beating myself up. I just made adjustments to the way I engaged the material. I did the best I could and I am good with it. I am actually proud of my self for not giving up!

Yesterday, I read and tested on two chapters. The first test I got an A the second test I got a B on it. My initial response was a feeling of failure when I got a B. Then I was able pull myself out of it. I was able to give myself so grace. I did the best I could at that point in time. It is still difficult but do-able
