| I completed the first of two interviews. My primary candidate. I achieved the focus I wanted, despite internal resistance. This "internal resistance" is also known as my comfort zone. So this was a successful campaign. | |

| I contacted two of the top candidates and set appointments with each. One for today, and one for Monday. I succeeded in pressing through the fear of change. Now I must focus on leveraging their skills within my budget and a workflow. | |

| I completed a detailed workflow to deliver to the associate. I selected 5 for consideration, and reduced the number to two. I located and scanned interview questions. Today, I will contact the candidates for an initial chat. | |
