FattyB commits to:
I commit to: Staying within my daily calorie goal 6 days a week on a rolling basis. I get one cheat day per week and it can slide left of right but can’t be within 3 days of each other. Family birthdays and Federal Holidays allow me to break the 3 day rule but, I can never bust my weekly calories on a rolling basis. I will complete a minimum of 10 workouts per week to include lifting and 41 minute cardio sessions. I will also try to use the sauna at least 4 days a week but that is aspirational.
