No YouTube, social media, or MH email before noon on workdays unless established as part of my daily plan the night prior or morning of. Not required on weekends but still need to report on it so it is done intentionally not mindlessly.

| I just don’t have the juice before 9 am . I need a way to feel productive with that time but it feels like I’m supposed to monitor my computer but that’s a bs excuse because I’m not getting anything done and can just work until 6 if need be like I’m supposed to. I think the answer here is to exercise between 7 and 9th then trust that I will be able to jump right into work without YouTube or feeling like I need to warm up. | |

| Didn’t get it done again today. I need a new strategy to get the dopamine flowing during and after breakfast. It’s gotta be music and movement. Maybe medication is taken with morning tea and food happens later. | |

| I was distracted again today this time by my argument with Adriana. I just couldn’t get going. It was all consuming. But I took steps to address this issue today by signing up for therapy. I’m not giving up that easy. | |
