| Day 01- The morning I sat on my phone and read fanfictions. It got triggered because I told myself I could read manga which is a no go. Blocked that website later. Went to Class and then returned home. Had to study for Quiz and then prep for the girls on the evening, was nice but was so tired after. Read Messiah before bed. I did pray on mh way to Univeristy and on the way back. | |

The rules/what I want to do: 1. Spending time with Jesus in the morning, journaling and reading Messiah Immerse 2. No manga/fanfictions/explicit or triggering music. 3. Replace with walking, reading edifying books, scrapbooking, hanging out with others etc. 4. Limit screen time on phone to 2 hours or less. No phone before Devotions and no phone during meal times + after 8pm. |
