Make a schedule and follow it the next day
I will follow the schedule made and limite my self to the flexbility it offer. I should follow and work on all the activities with the timeframe set before. I cannot change the schedule the same day but can change time if justified by a other activity (friend visiting, kids asking for time) I should follow the entire schedule with a precision of at least 80%
