That $500 is a real buttkicker! When I want to snack on rubbish I think of it and get the fruit out. Yesterday when I knew I should stop eating I actually stopped!

Slightly better sleep but still not great. I must not eat while reading because this morning I only just managed to stop eating in time! Went a little over 80% but stopped because I think I’m starting to hear my body’s signals. No snacking on fruit this morning and a smaller lunch I think.

1 day success. The financial investment was such a huge help! Otherwise I would have had a glass of wine in the evening and snacked on muffins instead of fruit. Terrible night’s sleep though

I’ve just made my commitment and I’m nervous. Overeating and eating when I’m not hungry is something I’ve been struggling with for more than 30 years! The consequences are horrible and I’m sick of living with them. I’m starting small at 9 days and will reassess after that.
