ChooseWisely commits to:
"I commit to 1 hour of long-term education daily, focusing on structured, deep learning beyond immediate academic deadlines. Weekly flexibility allows adjustments, but I must reach 7 hours per week. If valid exceptions (work cutting into sleep, illness, major university deadlines) occur, I may remove those days from the total instead of carrying them forward. Logged weekly, reviewed on Sundays."

| Very important, but also very time consumin. An hour is a lot for a busy schedule. I've had to invoke the clause of emergency this week for a deadline, though not omitting it completely. When neither illness nor deadline was present, I did one hour. The benefits are immense. | |
