one day led to another. all rest days. key is to do something, anything even if other things get big. switch it, G

Cool beans. Feeling the water, the crawl. Extra tired after Sunday's ruck followed by two full gym sessions, one with weights and swim and the next with row and swim. Per gpt and personal experience, I was dragging and took a rest day Wednesday. Super. Going to try 3-1-2-1 where the 1s are rest days. I did go from week 1 of about 20 minutes move time in the water to 50 min ruck or row and 30 to 50 swim. Mostly, cool that I am transferring this learning over to activation: Neurogen, visualization, metaphors (push the earth all the way to the sky baby).

Solid. Ruck was 30lb on mission peak. Swim is upto 49 min move time in water. New plan to focus on pull-ups and push press and keep yardage to 1hr with row erg for another on non weight days.

Transferring some into activation.
