Solid week. Friday was an off because 24 hr fitness was closed due to lack of staffing and the car had too little charge to go hustle a super sport (where I am not a member) so I let go. Later in the week I altered the schedule to boost Vo2 max along with weights and did two spin classes. I'm only a couple of weeks away from '22 weightlifting levels. May add hikes/athens. Main thing: worked with gpt to a potential masters' transition -- long way to go there.

2 workout days & 5 rest days due to cold/cough/asthma but mindful that it is health and not intention/motivation. Well done.

Great week. Mission peak for active recovery. Feeling strong due to consistency. Need more swim time. And time in general. Nutrition is working really well. Ready to add another stickk.
