No Social Media The only permitted platform is YouTube long-form videos (minimum 10 minutes per video, no Shorts, no algorithm-driven scrolling). Prohibited social media & substitutes: No Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter/X, TikTok, Discord, or online forums. No using Google or other search engines
