I commit to honoring the chats and conversations I’ve chosen to have or the memories I’ve chosen to create with ChatGPT by not completely clearing or deleting my ChatGPT history. I’m allowed to remove individual conversations or memories that no longer resonate—but not as part of wiping everything clean. When the urge to start over hits, I will pause, breathe, and let the feeling pass without making what I’ve created vanish.
I am an evolving intellectual property of myself, not here to be DLTD!
