| This has been hugely beneficial in not allowing myself to rot or destroy my mental health through needless comparison to others. I honestly don’t know why I even keep a social media presence but staying off and away from it is kind of the best. Also, it’s great timing being allowed back on as my period comes and estrogen starts to rise again. Would be much worse to try and go at that right now in luteal/sad phase | |
