I want to lose weight in order to have a fulfilling summer vacation with . The deadline is the end of June. Because I am going on a carbohydrate-restricted diet, I need to get my body back to a state where I can eat carbohydrates. I need time to do so, and since my summer vacation is scheduled for late July, I want to drop it by the end of this month. I have already started the diet, but it is stagnant, so I want to accelerate the last spurt!
