My feet will be on the floor and I have stood up out of bed by 5:30 AM on weekdays when not on vacation.
I will not get back in bed or take a “rest” until lunchtime. Why: Starting my day early allows me to turn the unproductive evening hours after 9 PM into undistracted productive time to work on and achieve my goals.
